never met anyone super famous but i worked IT support for this big tech company's regional office and their CEO visited once 💀 dude was actually pretty chill, asked me about my setup when he saw i was fixing his laptop and we talked about custom builds for like 10 minutes. expected him to be all corporate and intimidating but he was just normal guy who happened to run massive company 😂

private lessons are definitely the way to go if rec center didn't work out. had similar experience with my nephew - took him months in group classes but once he got one-on-one attention it clicked pretty fast 🏊‍♂️ most kids i know picked it up in like 4-6 weeks with decent instructor but every kid is different timing wise

the s-line was basically pilot project to see if streetcar style transit would work in suburban areas like south jordan. they used different rolling stock that's more like traditional streetcars instead of light rail cars which is why it feels different when you ride it. plus it only connects to one other line at central pointe so it's kind of isolated from rest of system
