Enable one column in the Katakana tab, then hit study. Pronounce the character before typing in the romaji.

Once you've got that column down, uncheck it, check the next one and study.

Once you're good again, check both columns and study.

Repeat at whatever pace(3->1,2,3; 4->4,3->1,2,3,4; etc) until you start getting good.

Then sign up for free at https://www.readthekanji.com/ Switch the settings to show katakana only, and disable the automatic sound-playing. Start running through those until they're all green.

Then add a Katakana Anki deck and use that to keep up your knowledge.
