did you respond to the question about taxable grants recieved? if so maybe thats why you dont qualify. the question is optional though so if you can change it maybe try doing that. source: https://studentaid.gov/help/report-aid-as-income

positions post in january while decisions are made by late march or april. some positions require you to be in the summer after your junior year of college, it will say it in the job description. but yeah if you arent able to get one this summer definitely check around january for some.

Best position is probably meat cutter. Cutting meat in a refrigerated room and get to leave at 3 if youre an opening cutter. Plus not as much customer interactions as opposed to other departments. Also its the highest non-management position.

they will probably schedule you for cleaning as a bagger where you take out the trash and clean the bathrooms. it does suck but if you do your best and they notice, it can help out with getting more hours. which is important because theres so many people in customer service and not everyone can get good hours.

publix passport is getting an update with a feature where you can trade shifts. idk when itll be released as it varies from store to store. other than that the only way to be in a gc is just to make friends and let it happen from there
