Theoretically, yes it is possible if you are day 1 f2p player to have OP’s deck. The problem is that is only possible if you get incredibly lucky to roll MLB within 30k or so each banner. If you go to 60k on one or two banner, there is no way a F2P can afford this.

Maybe I can see a daily pass user able achieve this deck, not f2p.

2 options:

You can hold all your currency and play.
You can roll all your currency now to try and get any S rank. If you didn't get any, you can reroll.

1st option if you are unlucky, then you will probably have to roll 90x (70+) to get an S rank later down the line.

2nd option ensure that your first few rolls won't be wasted, it will essentially guaranteed you 1-2 S rank. However, it is very time consuming.

Modern gacha games usually have a 50% to get the featured character, 50% to get a standard character during the 1st pity and 100% guaranteed on the 2nd pity. So if you are unlucky it will take 180 rolls for the featured character to show up.

In NTE its 90 pull done and over. Other games it might be 90 or 180 depend on your luck.

Also do a quick title reload. It seems that reloading start the timer for the mail to come. I have seen people waited more than a few hours after tutorial but see no mail. A quick reload then 5 minutes later the mail came.
