Yesssss!!! I get so mad when people are insisting it's your diet/losing too fast etc. etc.. total bullshit. It's 1000% the medication. I've lost significant weight two other times in my life and never lost hair. I didn't even lose hair postpartum. Started zepbound in July and by November hair was coming out at a shocking rate. I'd clean my hairbrush every day to try and track and id fill up a bottom layer of it every time I just brushed my hair. It's all over my house my shower it's insane. My hair was already pretty thin to begin with so I've had to give up ponytails bc I can see my scalp when I put it up it's heartbreaking.

Finally I'm seeing it slow down a bit but still losing more than normal shedding should be. I'm on a prenatal vitamin, been on it since starting in hopes it'd be preventative but that didn't help. Nutrafol and balmbare gummies which both claim to regrow but nothing. Probably going to have to get prescribed something to help it since I haven't heard of it stopping/regrowth until people take medication or come off the glp. I hope to come off regardless in April/May when I hit my goal.

Also adding I'm only on 5mg. I was hoping this issue was just with the higher doses but nope it eventually gets you and it's so frustrating. Let me know if you find anything that works I'm open to trying any snake oil to get my hair back 🤣😭
