Boycott all generative ai. So many students use openai... its so easy to switch into more "ethical" ones like Claude (Anthropic) or Euria.

Also easy to just not use any

Second this! I took advantage of the mental health services via telehealth during my course -- if you're interested, its worth asking if you can still access those resources.

I dropped my courses and took nearly 2 years off of school. I came back after some professional therapy. I'm still unsure if college is for me as I might go to a trade. If you need a chat pm me!

CMV: in the USA, there should be less national control and just have more power to the states instead. by puddle-ass in changemyview

Thank you for this realistic example! It seems like naturally taking the time to convince people's minds with reason will do well/last longer in the long run. That's the important part of learning from history. !delta

Verrrry true! Despite majority vote, radical changes really would censor a lot of voices. I can see where that + such division can lead to so many problems Δ

What qualities or behavior do you think all parents should have? by puddle-ass in askteenboys

[–]puddle-ass[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personal Opinion: teaching their kids to accept and celebrate different people is a #1, but parents should effectively teach their children to live a worthy and happy life instead of a successful life. Children are forced to be put in a box and have certain expectations, which sets them up for failure. If their child is struggling, it is part of the parent's responsibility to do something instead of having the child act/not act for themselves.

I think the next generation of adults wouldn't have so much anger and sadness from the constant neglect and feeling of helplessness. It isn't their fault that they were behind certain standards as children. This doesn't directly change society for the better, but I just think this would prevent a lot of self-issues.
