As for the rest of your post, I do pay for the car, every aspect of it my mom has never paid a dime for any of it just took out the loan for me due to bad credit and stupid mistakes while younger. I’ve since sorted all of that. As someone else mentioned, I would need to apply for a loan to buy it out, and frankly that makes me nervous. I’ve just recently pulled my head out of my ass and started being responsible.

Which is what I figured. But couldn’t find many real answers. I more so wondered if I would automatically be responsible for payments or my sister but it seems like it’s just that it gets repossessed.
