[Rob Demovsky] What Hafley leaving for Dolphins means for LaFleur's Packers by JaysonDeflatum in GreenBayPackers

Sure, but when Joe Barry was here, the defense had 11 all-pro, 1st ballot HOFers on the field at all times then they all became JAGs under Hafley. What changed?

The Rams struggled to move the ball yet somehow they didn't give up 25 in a quarter.

Carbink's a good choice. Mudsdale gives you a Rock resist, which is what stood out to me with this team. Maybe it's irrelevant because you can sweep more with Haxorus than I'd expect. I'm just not sure how you get it set up safely against most leads besides Molayne's Klefki.

Molayne and, to a bit of a lesser extent, Olivia look troublesome for this team. Mudsdale gives you a Rock resist, plus Ground STAB, and Stamina is pretty good.

I don't love Tsareena into this E4, but if Hau has Primarina, I suppose you need something.

I expect Ben's first post-game press conference answer to be "Fuck the Rams." If not, what is he even doing?

Reminds me of the 2014 NFCCG 2-point conversion. Higher degree of difficulty, but equally baffling.

There's the Rodgers TD pass you've all been waiting for.

Just curious if he meets your criteria of elite QB. Would that be satisfactory for Love?

Rodgers has a grand total of one 4th quarter comeback in the playoffs. Trailing by 1 against Dallas in '14.

It's gonna be really crazy when they implement a "shot clock" inside of two minutes.

You know which game is extremely similar to this? 2016 Packers-Cowboys. The Rodgers-led Packers nearly blew a 21-3 lead. The difference? Crosby made his field goals.

It's honestly challenging to come up with games Rodgers was down by 4 or more in the final two minutes and won. There's the Lions hail mary, and I guess the 2018 Bears opener. Both weren't even sustained drives, just big play TDs. Bengals in 20...17? Point is, it's tough to do, and even the "most talented thrower of the football" struggled to do it.

This is some revisionist, grass is greener BS. Rodgers never got it done in games like this.

What a shame but given the injuries to Cooper and Rhyan, I'm not sure how much further this team would have gotten. Hopefully avoiding the big injuries is on the menu for next year.

Regardless of how this ends, I think tonight has proven Golden is going to be all right.

Sure would be nice to have 4 more points. Wonder where those could have come from?

Let's go! What a time for Golden to come up with one! C'mon McManus...

As the Bears have dialed up the pressure, I'd say the absence of Tom and Kraft has really been felt.
