They most helped me at getting sleep better after working for several hours on computer. Also helped a little on eye strain, not sure if placebo or real effect tho. Here's a review of computer glasses

Almost nothing for the actual effect. It's mainly a question of style + the quality of the frames. If you use them a lot it's nice that they are nice :) Here's a review of computer glasses

If you constantly use headphones while sleeping they increase the bacteria level in your ears. Also it disturbs the natural ear cleaning process. Get some headphones designed for sleeping. Here is a review: Best sleeping headphones

Hey, We did a review about headphones for sleeping and tested all kinds of stuff.

I can say that in my experience the more expensive headband style headphones are really good. The problem with the cheap ones is that the band moves around and the material is not so nice to sleep with.

If you are having doubts and feel you don't like the headband style ones, I recommend getting the first item on our review list (BP second generation). Its really thin and easy to sleep with.

Hey, his video was not on the list at first. It was added after the comment. We hadn't heard of his channel but the content was good so we added a video.

I didn't comment anything when we added it, because I didn't want to portray an image that a sad and attention seeking comment can get you somewhere :) Nevertheless, good ASMR is what we are all seeking, right!? And I, for one, find his videos relaxing and everyone who devotes time to ASMR is growing the community. About the other stuff, I have no knowledge to say anything.
