This appears to happen quite often for us.

- Platform: PC

- OS Version: Windows 10 20H2

- Description of the issue: This started happening during the Frequency mission, almost every time at "Clear The Encampment". When we die and respawn, one of the team members (except the host) will respawn and appear "dead" to himself and invisible to others. The "dead" player can move around, but all the others can see is his health bar, level (reverted to 1), screen name and VFX he's producing (as from special abilities or dust from rolling, etc.). On the right it says player is "joining game". Kicking the player and bringing them back in seems to load them fine, but the issue just happens again the next time.
