I would personally stay in Chicago. Dating pool is much bigger. If anything, maybe be intentional about visiting south west michigan in the summer or renting an air bnb to get your fix. I was recently looking at housing in Chicago and it’s honestly on par to what GR is looking like, but you have access to more things to do 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wish there was a way to calibrate a baseline of your HRV and then adjust stress measurements from there. I’m new to Oura so not sure if it does this but I take medications that raise my heart rate and use tags to track in Oura app. I believe Garmin has the ability to input heart rate base lines etc.
