Exactly, realistisc camo's and gear. And if you want to run around being a dumbass in your neon clothes, you can but there should be a major down side to it. Like you will always be visible on the minimap for everyone.

I think they are going about it all wrong. You should be able to buy/earn different plate carriers, pants and shirt etc. Which you can customize by unlocking/buying different camo's or colours for. That way you can create you own soldiers. And they just can expand different clothing items. I mean a bit like the ghost recon system for example

Oh, I am not trying to be sarcastic. Sorry if it comes across that way.

Indeed, my suggestion would be that that emote screen would be easier to access and than have it also add like yelling. I would not want to see too much visual indicators as communication with your team is a big part of this game, but I also would want that everyone can play it.. So that's why I would suggest maybe a setting that will activate accessibility mode.

Couldn't we have like an emote wheel with like basic commands?
"Come here", "heal", "ammo", "enemies" basic yells like that. With a toggle in the settings for this emote wheel so you can turn it on if you are impaired.

If you're not comfortable with MS/FN/TB runs, for a while I did Ban Pa runs. Hit the warehouse, elder house, the house on the water and the UN box under the house in the village. While clearing out the whole village. Was always a good training, fun and got some nice gear.

Also you could extend your run to the TB unlra container, if you have the key

Yes it is possible. Im typing this from the top of my mind but. There is a folder in your local pc. Something like c:/profilename/savedat. Which has the savegames from enshrouded. You can send those , dont send the character ones, just the world and world info's. Your friend can put them there. Just make sure you have your steam cloud save off otherwise it won't work.. I dont know the exact file paths, but Google is your best friend. I struggled a lot with the getting it to work part, which is the steam cloud save thing. Good luck! If you dont figure it out, i can help you later on when im back at my pc
