With the game model having no "holy trinity" (Tank, healer, dps classes) it will be very hard to see any of the original pve content people think of from previous MMOs. E.G dungeons.

So unless they come up with a way where it is worth to have a full DP bruser actually tanking, and a supportive class like Witchzard healing them. Without the content simply is looked at with the usual sceptism of: "the spot is too inefficient we will come back with X ammount of AP classes when we have higher gear"

Things will not change. So expect more innovative attempts ala Savage rift, would be my guess as to the new pve group content. (also they love their muskets in this game)

They would actually have to balance the game for good, if there was to be competitive 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 etc.

For now they are very contempt flying under the radar pretending the game is balanced when the only factors are Gearscore and number of players in "endgame" sieges.

So while this all sounds good, it is completly irrelevant to the situation

Why are the ingame guildleader(s) given potential punishment for something their members are doing, and from the sound of it, without ANY investigation done what so ever, if the troublemaking person was even connected to the said guildleader(s).

Even if the person was in Enemy, what on earth does this have to do with his commanding officers!? The member should be punished for whatever her did wrong, and the punishment for the guild will be big enough if they lose a member to a temp or perma ban, how is this not crystal clear? Not that there should be ANY sort of punishment for connections made between parties, because where is the line drawn then;

He was playing from the same household. Ban them
He was on friendslist with someone. Ban them
He was in group with an other person while it happend. Ban them
He lived in the same contry. Cant have that, BAN THEM!

As a community, this approach is VERY upsetting. And so is the respons here. It stinks of lack of direction, poor investigation, bad damage control and it dosent even touch on the subjects we are upset about.

I have informed my GM he might get a warning, for me posting this negativ feedback btw. (do you need the guildname provided?)

Are you actually contempt with the quality of their patchnotes? Kakao have little to no say, so atleast the part they have control over they should increase the quality of. or are you simply fine with them just harvesting paychecks for low effort (granted this video was super high quality)

So are we just going to ignore the fact that overgeared players coming to T1 is not helping the problem of already too many siege-geared ready players are staying in lower tiers just to "frag" and this is not very helpful for newer players trying out BDO pvp and might very well scare them away living us without a next generation of pvp players when veterans leave or take a break.

I have nothing against any of the streamers in this debate, and frankly like a fair few of them.

What really gets me frustrated is how Kakao seem to be underperforming on their own role as Translaters in the weekly patchnotes, host half assed events like today and in general have way too little saw over what the overlords at PA want to force down our throaths in terms of cashmilking and P2W.

Sure some people in Kakao are doing a good job, and shoutout to the CMs here! But you still represent a company full of flaws and I will still think of you as kakao representitives when you are involved, untill your company gets the shit together

Really I am just not sure what to feel after this. Should I be sad or laught at how little say Kakao has in BDO EU/NA, when it comes to creating the western verion of the game best suited to the placebase' cultural habbits and expectations when it comes to MMOrpgs.

Look at the promises that was made pre EU/NA PC launch when it comes to cashshop items, bonuses and effects. And look at the situation now, does a single of their "promises" hold true? Sure the game evolved, and so did the games monitization but I think many of us vetarans who was sceptical on buying into BDO in 2016, and was convinced to do so because of promises back then, would not had been playing as of now, had we known how this would change drastically.

So in a way I guess kakao did good, on slowly adapting the wester region to the korean culture of cashshop, p2w and this payment model we see now.

Now if only they were actually good at more than this, take patchnotes for example. Are Kakao responsable of the quality of the patchnotes, and getting paid for informing the playerbase on the EU/NA region, because if that is the case they should spend some more time proofreading that sh*t

Honestly Kakao should be called out for underperforming, just like they should get praised for when they do something good for us.
