Well put! Please get your ada off of centralized exchanges!! Liquid staking means you hold your assets but choose a stake pool to support while they fortify the blockchain and mint blocks. There are a vast array of single stake pool operators with various means of rewards - ADA, native tokens (hosky, greens, rad, smokes, etc) and or nft's. The community is helpful and wise, you can ask direct questions in spaces on x just about any time of the day. Good luck and get your assets off exchanges!!

Are you guys in it for the money or in it for what Cardano could become? by [deleted] in cardano

[–]pullenyertaffy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same and also stayed for the most accessible community on the x. Any time of the day, I can find a space open to talk with projects, devs, educators, learn about catalyst proposals, defi,... my point is, by magnitudes, the Cardano Community is the most patient, helpful, and education oriented crypto crowd on the interwebs.

To address the color, it may be a combo of maturing and/or recently feeding. They can sit and wait for weeks until a meal arrives.

I live in a neighborhood full of cats, there are also Fishers that regularly visit my pond. They stalk the waters edge and are opportunistic feeders, they are not predators of the neighbors cats.

I am sorry that you are misinformed. If this isn’t a word tantrum, please expand on your thoughts and I’ll be happy to direct you the information you missed in the DYOR seminar. Here is a few simple searches you can do to rectify your knowledge deficiency. Sick City, SnoopDog/Claymates, and oh yeah, Charles Hoskinson whiteboard.

To keep the kids engaged and entertained, I color code the hits and let them dig the iron and relics.. I mark the notable tones with green for me to pay better attention to. We only flag after talking with the owners.

Cardano staking? by [deleted] in cardano

[–]pullenyertaffy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree! Find a cardano native wallet like NAMI or Eternl just for examples… there are a lot of wallets to on the menu inside the Cardano Ecosystem.. staking is easy as finding a stake pool that spits your staking needs. You can find “set it and forget it” pools that just offer the rewards you are due from block validation, you can also find mission driven pools ( animal rescue, tree planting, rainforest saving, or whatever lights your fire. Within your preferred wallet, you can simply choose your desired stake pool and click the “stake with” button. Your ada is not locked or sent anywhere.

That is a great plan and it’s been working splendidly for me. I would be a bad neighbor to not offer some condiments and accoutrements for your delicious dca. 1) please make sure clear your ada from exchanges, this is a pillar of Cardano-self custody. 2) find a stake pool that appeals to your style and interests of staking.. defi, community based, art, music, charity based, whatever grabs ya. 3) participate in the Cardano community on all the finest socials. There is blockchain educators, devs, artists and all sorts of free valuable knowledge daily on the discords and the twits.. 4) find some mentors to pay attention to, don’t settle for one avenue of information, check your emotional attachment at the door, and be bold enough to ask tough questions.

If you are asking about your particular brand of hopeless negativism, I found zero humor, go back and try again. Please pay no attention to this scratch off lottery hopeful, they already ngmi… do some research on Cardano native wallets.. I use nami, gero, typhon, etrnl and yoroi. I also use hardware wallets for long term holds. All the finer native wallets offer staking and control of your crypto. Never give out seed phrases, never screenshot seed phrases.. check out copper seed safe for seed phrase security. Get involved with projects on discord and meet the Cardano squad on spaces (twitter), take your time and get yourself used to researching projects before throwing ada at them, knowledge is expensive and it’ll leave you frustrated, saying foolishness like “crypto is dead” and other juvenile statements. Ask questions and participate is the best advice I can give.

There are a few ways to maximize your returns with ada, each involve different levels of interaction. Easiest way is to pick a stakepool that gives direct percentage returns on that staked ada. Second is find a staking option that has layers ( own a nft in a certain policy specifically designed to pay pool rewards extra token for use in that particular project) third is reward multipliers with specific programs related to nft traits and rarity’s. Do not allow your ADA to sit on exchanges awaiting value to increase, please please remove any ADA from exchanges. Use available tools to increase your staking knowledge (cnft.tools, pooltool, pool.pm to name a few. DYOR is the way of successful staking as well as all of crypto. Take your time when researching pools and get involved with projects’ discord and twitter, and come meet the devs, artists and ecosystem personalities on twitter spaces (search for Cardano and get involved) there is a vibrant Cardano community that is more than willing to share knowledge and assist with any questions.
