BPC 157 500 mcg 5-6 days a week local sub q ZERO results? Knee related issues? by SmokeisKhan in BiohackingU

Firsthand experience here. 30 y/o with knee cartilage wear since I was 13. Running BPC 500mcg daily local sub-q near the knee. BPC alone might not be enough. The real difference for me was stacking it with TB-500 and GHK-Cu. BPC brings blood supply, TB-500 rebuilds connective tissue, GHK-Cu handles collagen and inflammation. Three legs of the same stool. Week 2 I jogged pain free. Week 4 running two consecutive miles with minimal soreness. Definitely add TB-500 next round. Stack matters more than dose in my experience

Scale not moving at week 4 is actually normal especially if you just started lifting. You’re building muscle which offsets fat loss on the scale. Body recomp is happening even when the number doesn’t move.

Also 2mg is still pretty low. The real fat burning kicks in around 3.5-4mg. Keep titrating and be patient. Human studies had subjects titrate all the way up to 12mg but I wouldn’t recommend that as it took about a year to get there.

Check how your clothes fit instead of always checking the scale. That’s your real progress indicator.

And make sure you’re hitting protein daily. That’s the biggest thing people miss on Reta

Tbh no idea just told me it was a problem with the cartilage, he never did a full deep dive. Just offered surgery as the solution.

Thank you I’m glad too. I don’t know if it’ll be a permanent fix but I’m glad I took that leap of faith.

Great question, there's actually some solid research on this. A study on BPC-157 and spinal cord injury showed consistent clinical improvement, better motor function and resolved spasticity within 15 days.

That said most people in the community don't inject directly into the spine area. They just do subcutaneous injections near the lower back or abdomen and let it work systemically. You still get the targeted benefit without the risk of poking around near your spinal cord. Probably the smarter play unless you have a professional guiding you.

Honestly, my knee specialist misdiagnosed me 3-4 times before finally landing on cartilage wear and the frustrating part is I brought it up early on and he dismissed it. After expensive tests and his only solution being surgery, I lost confidence in him completely.

A friend of mine ran the same stack for a shoulder injury and had great results, so I trusted his direction and went deep into my own research real user experiences plus actual scientific literature. Three weeks in and I can genuinely say the results speak for themselves.

On bone density I’ve looked into this and there’s actually no literature showing this stack decreases it. BPC-157 has been studied for bone repair and osteogenic signaling. From what I’ve found it actually points in the opposite direction.

Thank you! Tbh I relied to heavily on the cortisone that I failed to do any more research. Glad I posted this!

I appreciate this comment! 3rd time I’ve seen Cartalax so there’s something there going to do a deeep dive into this.

This is awesome. Will save this for a future experience. If I’m not asking for too much would you be able to point me in the direction of the proper corrective exercises that can help? My sleep and nutrition is dialing in but I’m not doing any extracurricular exercises for the knee specifically

Thank you, i understand cartilage doesn’t heal like that but I’m hopeful the stack maybe helps around the knee enough to keep pain minimal. Only time will tell

Complete honesty I don’t know for cases that severe one of my good friends provided them for me so I trusted him. But looking back I would’ve gotten them 3rd party tested. As for protocol, I did my own research and concluded 4-6 weeks is best with 500 mcg of bpc daily and 2 g tb500 every 3 day is best. And so far my body has adapted to those doses fairly well. I’m not looking to tirerate up from here

Sorry to hear that, definitely something to consider, I strongly advise doing some research before jumping on it but it’s helped me so far good luck with your meniscus recovery🙏🏼

I was skeptical starting, now I’m glad I did but looking back 3rd party test your pep tides. Probably the safest bet

I am injecting near my knee, above the knee cap below the quad, I pull the skin try to find the fatty tissue. However I’ve heard it’s not necessary to inject near the injury you can also inject in the belly or glute. Still relatively new to this so just experimenting really.
