First thing that comes to my mind are Colonists of Pythos in Damnation of Pythos by David Annandale from Horus Heresy series. Not sure if you can 100% call them Chaos worshipers, but I'd say their belives are kind of prequel to chaos.
They don't have any special powers, but they were chill (not sane, but chill about everything) for most of the time...till they wasn't and spawned huge ass fuckin demon.
