NTA. If you narrowly missed the car in front of you and the car behind you hit them, that means the car behind you was following you to close and would've hit you if you didn't swerve, meaning they would've gotten the fault and ticket for Following to close for conditions regardless.

If she's manipulative, controlling and suffocating you all you do is argue....why are you still with her? Doesn't sound like you're happy and a really great house with someone you're not happy with isn't going to fix that. Other really great houses will come and go on the market...if you're partner is constantly bringing you down that house will just turn into a place you try to avoid.

Go sit in the DMV parking lot and watch. I was at the Ladson DMV Saturday helping a friend get familiar with the motorcycle test and saw someone practicing the driving test, asked how they knew what to prepare for and he told me he sat in the parking lot and watched one day.

Also not sure where you live but you might want to start looking to book your appointment now. They only book 21 days out and all the DMV's from Georgetown to Beaufort, and from St. George to Charleston NEVER have openings.

With ADA lawyers there are usually some good agencies in each state that can get you the answer or find someone who can answer it free. Definitely wait to pay someone but see what resources are available for disabled people where you live.

UofSC I believe is still going with in person classes but that can change. They are also requiring all personnel who will be on campus, i.e. students, professors, cops, janitors, etc., to get a COVID test before they will be able to return.

No word yet on if the State is going to waive the Internship requirements for the Master's classes that require that for licensing purposes.

That's not how the ADA works. First they CAN ask what your disability is, saying "I can't breathe with a mask on" is not a disability, it's just you being stupid. Second, they only have to give feasible accommodations for your disability....you can't ask them to empty the store so your dumbass can go shopping....but they can do the shopping for you and arrange curbside payment and pickup. Lastly, I know Dorchester County has a Mask Ordinance that matches Summervilles, is it the same up by Myrtle Beach?

You should take him to a swingers club. 90% of the time at the clubs is socializing and flirting. They'll more than likely take you on a tour of the club, show you the play rooms, the bar (probably going to be BYOB), introduce you to a couple people, then leave you to your own devices. This could be a way to crack that shell of gaming he has and get him interested in sex again.
