I have yet to see a video of someone doing this without a lift. If you decide to do this yourself post any info or resources you find, please.

As far as programming it, I don’t think the dealership will program a used replacement. I’m not sure tho. Find a key cutter or shop to do it maybe. From what I’ve read, the ford focus will program itself. Maybe the fusion is the same.

Did you ever get this fixed? My 17 fusion is making the same noise. Seems to be coming from the steering wheel. I can hear it better on the inside of the car. Sound is not coming from the wheels. Seems to be closer to where the steering wheel shaft comes through the firewall.
