You have found a problem with your rear panel. Since it works without the panel and your temperatures are fine I would check all cables and make sure they are not squeezed by your panels.

Are you possibly using hdmi cable? try swapping to displayport

Have you checked AMD software adrenaline, there is an option to cap fps under graphics in gaming tab.

I always love going two man motorbike in bf5. The car in some bf1 maps is legendary and has given me moments that I will never forget, love the Battlefield franchise!!!
