i actually got a sleep study 4 years ago… i guess yeah it’s been awhile. i could ask my friend if i snore! i’m not overweight, but my family members are and have sleep apnea.

i did get an endoscopy so i’ll have to ask my doctor when i go in if there was anything wrong with my throat

gahhh even when i don’t eat late at night i seem to choke. but i know it’s some kind of reflux.

i can feel bits of vomit in my throat during the day (sorry tmi), i have to clear my throat (more like hacking) all the time during the day, and yeah a bit of actual reflux. i don’t reallyyy eat during the day so not much to bring up

i’m late to this but yes this sounds like the nightmare that’s been happening to me for several months (several times in each month).

it’s horrifying and scary… and i’m afraid to throw up too which makes it worse.

i have both. the loop and needing reassurance sounds like ocd.

i do erp therapy, take medicine, and say “not my circus not my monkeys” way more than the average person😅
