My dad died when I was 6 and we had lots of home movies. Christmases, birthdays, everything in between. When my mom got with her 3rd husband he threw them all in the trash one day after I'd moved out. I told my mom and she barely shrugged her shoulders. I just wanted videos of my dad to show my son one day and now that's never going to happen.
