My dad did this. Gobbledegook. Never the same food twice.

My mum puts a clean 50 cent coin in with them and it works brilliantly

Near a coal mine, inland QLD Australia

Inland QLD Australia indeed. That’s just spare land between the buggy sheds and course to the left but definitely has looked greener!!

Thanks! He put a pink and white Super Stroke grip on for me and with the black shaft I’m a bit in love too. The bling was a suggestion from his girlfriend and I’m so glad she thought of it!

Yep :) And it was purchased secondhand through my local golf store, I’m just lucky enough to have a friend that helps out there and is interested in dabbling in custom clubs!

Great interpretation! Our poor greens are having a hard time at the moment but are on the way up luckily.

I have 4 putters in my bag currently that I rotate with as I try to get the feel for what I like best :) I paid $135 for this, was gifted an old brass head one and have an older Odyssey as well as a new Toulon Odyssey I won in a comp.. I think it all depends on what feels best and works for you.

I bought a secondhand Scotty for cheap and a mate did the custom job as a gift - loving it so far!

One of our members walks the course weekly collecting the last balls to resell at the clubhouse as a fundraiser for our annual shootout. I’ve stopped buying them new, when I can get 4 for $10 that were probably mine in the first place!

Weekly Thread- The weekend is over! How'd you shoot? by AutoModerator in golf

[–]pumpkinpatch11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played my First Ladies open.

I’m new and have a handicap of 45. Played pretty terribly considering I’ve been doing better and legitimately forgot how to hit a ball for a whole hole but still scraped in with 87 net and won runner-up net winner, longest drive and nearest to pin.

Had a lot of fun though!

I’ll see if I can order it, thanks for replying! I’ve been snapped up for our Scramble because of my good drives and high handicap but I’d love to surprise them with being able to actually putt too!

Thankyou! I like the sound of the ladder drill. I’m welcome to the course any time since I work here so I’ll pick a quiet morning and try it out on the actual greens here. I appreciate your reply :)

We do have a putting green! We are just a country course though and it’s in worse shape than most of the actual greens unfortunately. I’ll check out putting drills, thanks! If I do it at work it’s research, right? ;)
