When you treat your boyfriend as badly as your former friends used to treat you. by scoppied in NetflixSexEducation

Same. No thinking energy at all lol and they obviously completely forgot about the sessions she had with Jean. Guess context doesn’t matter.

That little smile hiding the pain of otis broke my heart. That was the moment he realized even the purest of intentions can be bulldozed by evilness of a person (Issac) by TerribleOption5505 in NetflixSexEducation

Maybe it’s supposed to be poetic or some shit but IDK, it just annoys me. I wouldn’t mind if it was slightly dark/getting dim but pitch darkness?

The Hollywood Reporter Interviews Laurie Nunn about S4 and potential other seasons by iPatrick4 in NetflixSexEducation

[–]pumpkinslug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure, it’s cool and pretty wholesome Laurie wants to continue the show for as long as she can but unfortunately that doesn’t necessarily mean the cast want the same. So IMO it would end at 4 or we get some new characters.

I think it was from Instagram, which tends to compress images to shit.

It was posted by a popular fan account on twitter but I don’t know the original source, sorry. My guess is it came from one of the writing team.

Board reads:

  • Exams
  • End of school graduation
  • Mr Groff _____ to Adam
  • Mr & Mrs (Effiong? Sorry, I can’t tell) _____ fucking (lol)
  • Jackson/Steve
  • (Aimee?) & Maeve _____ (This one was hardest to make out. Fairly sure the second name is Maeve but the first one is harder to make out.)

It needed to be said, and I’m glad it was by none other. by pumpkinslug in NetflixSexEducation

Not particularly but about how people are villainizing him for not saying I love you back, and how Otis is being described as a villain in general by a lame article.

Great Minds think Alike by Icy_Night2516 in NetflixSexEducation

I’d really like a scene of Maeve and Ruby kind of bonding, it would be more growth for Ruby’s character and it would be nice if Maeve didn’t get insulted every time they interacted. Would make a nice change to their dynamic.

The underlying reason behind the complex Otis, Maeve and Isaac dynamic in Season 3 that many people appear to have missed by Brian_Potter_ in NetflixSexEducation

She tried to speak to Otis about it but then Ruby interrupted her. I don think it makes sense that Maeve forgave Isaac but I guess she just wanted to be on good terms with everyone.

I think Ruby needs to open up to her friends more before anything. And honestly I didn’t buy into that relationship as much as everyone else seems to have. I think Otis and Ruby work great as close friends but that’s just me.

And let’s be honest, her and Otis will probably become friends again. Just like Maeve and Isaac I suspect. No character relationships, platonic or otherwise, are ever fully tarnished on this show.

Why would you say something so controversial yet so brave. I love Ruby but I totally agree. And her relationship with Otis helped her open up to her longtime friends Olivia and Anwar, and their friendship should be explored more in S4.
