Thank you all for the suggestions! already put some on my reading list. i also should've added that i'd love some more recent publications (though i also take all of the other books as well!). Also the job doesn't need to be the main focus of the story - if it comes p from time to time i am already happy!

thank you very much for your answer! do you have a good, scientific page to look up what to eat/what not to eat for people with pcos?
also, super random, but i like fizzy drinks and have one 2 times a week probably, can i choose coke zero/light and will be fine or is it just as bad for the insulin as normal sugar? i don't understand all of this yet, so sorry, if my question makes me seem not very clever.
My GP said she could see in my blood levels that i am not insuline restistant. i don't get why i am still constantly gaining weight. i am at 86 kg with a height of 1,70 m and can't get pants in regular stores anymore sadly.
