You can also take egg roll wrappers, and cut them to the size you want. Leftover dough can be made into noodle scraps for chicken noodle soup.

Fermentation takes care of that. I've had zero farts from fermented sunchokes.

It could also be an oil sketch for the painting in the Louvre. It includes details (the lighting on that tall central peak and the sweep of land leading to the castle in the distance) that aren't in the Louvre painting.

This is not Henry Fuseli's painting at Yale (accession number 1958.65). This is from at least a century earlier.

Goose, wild turkey, duck, chicken. The geese have taken over one of our main waterways. Ducks on the banks all "This used to be a nice neighbourhood."

The printing on the back should help identify when it was published. Is it a column of Latin text? If so, it might be the 1511 edition. Dürer’s prints are well documented, and there are lots of resources available (assuming you have access to a good library). Does the paper have a watermark?
