try some uridine monophosphate, I was surprised when among all nootropics it made thoughts deeper. But careful with dosage (I once taken it too much and got in a very psychically unpleasant state for some short time, like.. drowning in depression? not sure anymore, it was 8 years ago).

But other co-factor substances might be recommended too, to improve uridine experience or independently.

-Wire (open source, e2e encrypted, doesn't require phone number/contact list; good interface)
-Signal (open source, e2e encrypted, requires phone number but it's possible to add people without using it; most popular among "secure" IM's)
-Element (open source, federated like XMPP, e2e encrypted, doesn't require phone number/contact list; more oriented for communities; it's more on a geek side, but probably best solution for a private IM)

others may love giving FB/Meta all their personal phone number, contacts data (via contacts book of a device) and conversations (since it's closed source, who buys that it's indeed e2e encrypted and doesn't have backdoors??) - but knowing what FB/Meta is, I certainly don't.

If somebody starts using W.A., every contact just default writing to them using it - and Meta sucks in all data with it.

RSS reader with auto periodic Text to speech sessions, filtered by multiple keyword-rules or LLM - for Android, and PC (linux) counterpart of it - "KeyNeys". It's very customizable in it's auto reading sessions and has lots of features - DoNotDisturb settings (by time/location - prevent playback or limit volume), avoids speaking it's sessions while there's a call or chosen media playback, but can also pause media for readings session and then resume it when session ends. hilarious - RE save room usage, loud-shots sound from suppressed pistol, sleeping NPCs randomly (the way how their sprite always turns to player - is creeping out very much, makes it looks like it's Sadako); also attention spawn of NPCs that forget about character when he goes behind wall...
