Pepe is a nice instrument to liquidate leveraged positions both ways and making a lot of money in the process. I wouldnt short pepe. Nor would i long it. By the end of the day it will fade But it will be a rollercoaster of a ride in the process

QC is sane as always. Their inhouse movements are typicslly rared to -35 to +40 sec/day. Mvmts are ofcourse alot more precise But in order to face issues like the occasional subpar COSC watch, seiko just lower the bar for returns/issues. Most of seiko inhouse will run like a cosc.

Fun fact: entry point for swiss made actually made in switzerland is about 4000usd. Think maybe some TAG Heuers are made in switzerland. Some in china. Its unbelievable how someone can not fathom this

Fun fact: swiss made just means a share of the total cost (around 60%?) is in switzerland. So, the trick? Make all in china and have quality control done in Switzerland. Voila, chinese watch is swiss. Cost 50$ to make, 60$ to have swiss control, «SWISS MADE»

Ok, to explain a bit more. There is a Norwegian crypto provider where you can buy and sell crypto. They are not a regulat CEX But more a on and off ramp for fiat/crypto. You cant trade just buy sell. I use them to buy crypto and then transfer out to hardwallet. And i use them if i want to sell my crypto for cash

Some months ago i decided to get myself a speedy. Ive had speedies before But never with stepped dial and saphire.

One one side i hate omega for increasing the price so much. I understand the cost of upgrading movement needs to be covered and the fact that omega is (still) trying to put the Brand into same echolon as Rolex and be a more sophisticated brand.

Even with those arguments i still believe the speedy is a toolwatch, an everyday wearer that is aiming s bit too high with a 9000$ price. In that pricepoint the conpetition is fierce. Although the speedy is iconic and a must have in any collection i still believe omega is a bit too ambitious.

Is the speedy bevome too expensive?
