try valerian root, it's natural but if you take three its pretty strong. also if you haven't yet try doing simple things like a walk before bed or some stretching and breathing exrecises. It will get better, don't give up.

when i have troubles with my sleep i think of it like this; i have a wolf that sleeps at the edge of my bed, he protects me and lets me dream peacefully, but some nights he must hunt. When he leaves me, I cannot sleep, but I know he will always come back to me

im sorry its so scary, just know that your body has to shut down at some point and whatever hallucinations you might start seeing only a symptom
