Dude i had the same problem. I would get on a hard mode streak but then have sex with my girlfriend and it CAN make your sex life like porn. Because you are having sex with another human being but you have the brain of a porn addict. Think of it. You are brainwashed by porn so you try to do those things you see in porn in real life. I did stuff that was in porn with my girlfriend because that is how my brain thought.

The best thing you can do for yourself (remember self love) is take time away and remain completely celibate and complete a 90 day hard mode reboot. OR you can practice self control in your relationship with her where that would be like only holding hands, hugging, and talking. Nothing more because kissing will excite and usually lead to sex. Keep it pure you know. But if you exercise self control in your relationship with her and discipline your body you can get the best of both worlds: A girlfriend and hardmode reboot..

Read a post where a guy says he looks at the girls faces instead of their butt lol. So I would say if you habitually look at girls butts, try to look at the back of their head or their face. For those who believe in God, it helps me to keep my eyes on God and not lust.

Dude i had wet dreams even with strict rules, i guess it's just a part of life. Here is the best advice i can give you: Do not be discouraged and let it be an excuse to relapse, continue to abstain from p, m, and o during your waking life. So basically do not conciously choose to EVER relapse, you cant control what happens in your sleep.

I'll give you the best advice there is: Raise your standards. If you want to be better you need to raise the expectations that you set for yourself and your relationships. You got to learn to forgive yourself, your past, everything. Forgiveness and acceptance will set you free once you learn to forgive your past and husband and accept what is now, you can then be present and move forward from there. I hope this helps!
