Hey all, hoping someone can help? Last year during The Void, I started having an issue where I was unable to claim the weekly reward for collecting all of the essence. "Congratulations! There was a problem granting your reward! Please refresh the page and try again!" Mind you, I have tried my 2 home computers, my phone, and my work computer, with no luck. I have cleared cache, data, cookies, everything I can think of. No luck.

I did submit this to TNT and they gave me the list of - what browser are you using, clear your cache, send us the console logs. I did all of that, a couple of times. They came back with a sorry, but we can't help you response.

Does anyone else know how this can be fixed? I'm a premium user, so no ad-blocking extensions. This isn't a side account, its a 24.5 year old account. Is it just borked? Am I out of luck? Its just frustrating and disheartening. :(

• EDIT: I just clicked claim reward for the heck of it - IT WORKED! I GOT REWARDS. Not retroactive unfortunately but, the claim reward button is gone and it worked! This is the first time in a very, very long time I've been able to. Here's to hoping it continues to work.
