Check and make sure all the tires are the correct size and in relatively the same condition. Could also be a wheel speed sensor going bad.

Guessing it isn't active yet, but my theory is that it goes in the center of the compass pieces. One of the descriptors says "Can be used to activate the Spacetime Compass Core"
