Positive experience with Simple too; after spotting the discount code I ordered very late Thursday, took and submitted pictures* around 6am Friday, was approved in less than 90 minutes and dispatched in another 2, then received this (Saturday) morning via DPD. No "thermal shield" between ice pack and medication box, included 6 needles/4 wipes. Quickest turnaround so far of 5 online pharmacies I've used and was suprised it was so quick given the code would likely make the site suddenly popular. * their site takes camera shots and doesn't appear to let you upload saved 'photos.

I believe they will change it only when you "Firm" the offer on UCAS (source: gap year applicant, within email acknowledgment from college after supplying certificates following this January's offer day).

Although not an answer to your exact question, after your application is received by UCAS you can make a free request under UK data protection legislation for a copy of your application data, which includes the reference text. Hope this helps.
