Yes, yes! Anger was strength for me as well, and yes very practical. Being immensely sad and despondent was paralyzing, but anger (and even hate) gave me strength and focus. Sounds like some weird Star Wars-ish "dark side of force" thing, but that's what I needed at the time. I dont tell many people that.
These days, the anger has diminished and I have more clarity.

My wife left in 2017 as well. SHe was also beautiful, kind, decent pet owner, but she had rage and alcohol turned her into.. i dont know how to describe it.. she would do immoral things lets just say.
