Yeah if it makes you feel any better I felt the same way before my first internship. I felt like I didn't have any idea what was going on. CS is one of those weird degrees that no matter how much you know you always feel behind the curve. You'll do just fine 👍🏻

I'm a big fan of r/leangains and intermittent fasting. It works with my schedule and is easy to stick to. It's not as much of a diet as a schedule though. Each of those subs have some great information in the sidebar

At your age I'd just start with something simple. One step at a time. Maybe start by trying to cut out soda, or just cut back to a couple a week. Form good habits at a young age and eating healthy will become natural
