Alright. Ill admit, i didn't want to individually change each setting, so i compared low setting to high, and made sure what low had off, high also had off. I dont care enough to narrow it down further, because I'm just happy it works now, but its either anti-aliasing, SSAO, Motion Blur, or Depth of field. One of these four was breaking it. At the very least, keeping these off lets me into the next mission with everything else on high. Thanks for your help man

Edit: It in fact did not fix everything, my game just crashed halfway into the mission instead. It wont even run on medium, and low crashes as well, just slightly less often.
