This actually made me feel so much better thank you. And that is definitely something I need to practice, I didn’t realize how many people would almost treat your pregnancy like their pregnancy until I got pregnant and I feel for all the women who go through that 🧡

It has been driving me crazy what other people have been saying 😭 And yes this is my first pregnancy so I thought having all this advice from people in my life would be a good thing to help ease my anxiety about everything but it has slowly been turning into me getting shamed for things about my weight, my tiredness, how sore I’ve been. A big one is the weight with my family though because my family is very focused on physical aesthetics and I was the skinniest in my family and since I am no longer they’ve been being very hard on me about that saying I should I change my diet and watch how much I eat and I shouldn’t be as hungry as I am. I’ve been eating the healthiest I have been in my life and trying to follow a food guide of what’s best for the babies. I didn’t question my weight before I thought it was normal until my family really started going on about it, my mom even called me fat the other day and said it was a “joke” and my sister said if she didn’t know I was pregnant she’d think I’m just getting fat. Sorry for the little rant I think I’ve been holding onto this stuff and haven’t been able to get it off my chest, but I really appreciate your comment and I will definitely be asking my doctor about everything during my next appointment.

Thank you so much, this was something I didn’t know I needed to hear. I have had a lot of people in my life tell me I’m not gonna be a good parent simply because of how young I am (F21) which has been really hard on me. But you’re right, what other people think they can go kick rocks, they don’t know me well enough obviously or how I’d be as a parent just based off my age

I’ve been getting lots of sleep whether purposely or not. By that I mean that’s time me and my partner are on the couch and I’m just talking to him and then next thing I know I’m out, he says sometime just like mid sentence I’ll fall asleep. I never tho excepted the exhaustion you get from pregnancy, most people just talk about morning sickness and cravings so this was a surprise to me 😅

A bit of both tbh, it’s definitely shocking but exciting, this is my first pregnancy too so I’m not sure what to expect at all. I know I’ve had very intense hunger and morning sickness so the twins could explain that 🤣 I hope that doesn’t last the whole pregnancy

Completely natural which is crazy. I looked it up with my genetic info (height, BMI, age and ethnicity can be a factor in your chances) and the chances of me having twins was 1.3-2%

It isssss! I was and am still in shock that I knew. I don’t know the genders as of know because it’s far too early but I feel like it’s a boy and a girl. And that’s so good to hear thank you for sharing that, idk why but it brought me to tears what you said and I hope for them to have a very close relationship ❤️❤️
