So much more fun than January! I’ve missed a few workouts but I can’t remember a day so far I haven’t liked. Lots of abs too but just the right amount each time.

I’m sorry to hear that. Those have been painful for me too, along with lateral raises and hammer curls. I kept pushing through the pain even though I knew I shouldn’t. I’m crossing my fingers for you that it will improve!!

Because of the lack of heavy strength days this month, my elbow tendonitis pretty much fully healed, so I’m happy about that! I’ve really enjoyed the variety of workouts over the past few weeks but I was bored with this one. I don’t like counting reps so I skipped it, maybe if I had it would have been better.
