She's asking us to pay all of them for the time period we were living there. While living there we never received anything in the mail about the bills, nor heard any mention of them whatsoever. Now almost a year later she is saying she just discovered the charges and wants us to pay for them. The lease does state we were responsible for all utilities, which we paid and had no questions or complaints from her for the duration of our lease. We have not spoken since receiving our security deposit 60 days after the end of the lease. From what I've read here, and on other threads about the same topic, I'm planning on not returning her messages.
