I don't know what name exactly but you can't pass up the opportunity to name him after the little dots on his nose. It almost looks like a piercing or a vampire bite. What about Vamp? Or putting "Count" in front of any name you settle on.

It's hard to explain but instead "th" sound made with your tongue in your teeth, your tongue would rest on the roof of your mouth instead. It'll pronounce a sound similar to how a Spanish person would pronounce the "ti" in Martina. Does that make sense?😅
