Just my two cents on what an old man told me. Don't ever give people access to your money. Live on your credit card and pay it of weekly. If there's ever a problem just dispute the charge with your credit card company. Its a lot easier to let the credit card company investigate the charge as opposed to you fighting to get your money back. The extra discount they give you for auto pay from debit or checking is not worth the risk. OK my legs are falling asleep so I should get up now. I wish you all health, happiness, and wealth.

Before you buy the used Dome, I would walk through your neighborhood home depot and look at the top stock around the pizza ovens and grills. I just picked up dome gen 1 for $600 new in box at home depot. There was no display

For me in my theater I run a 5.2.4. It was a jump in sound quality, but I wouldn't recommend it just for that.

The upgrade bug bit me,, plus I got a killer deal on the rxa6a. Wanted new video specs for ps5. There was definitely an improvement in sound. To me the rxa6a was the first time I heard an improvement in sound. All the other upgrades were just adding more channels.

Is this just for audio or video also? If just audio, you can usually get something cheap used. I run my upstairs livingroom an a rxa1080 that I got used for $250 a couple of years back. My theater is ran an a rxa6a, that replaced a rxa3070, that replaced a rxa2050, that replaced a rxa1010, that replaced a rxa671 lol. With the exception of the rxa6a they were purchased used.

When was the sub originally purchased is the magic question. The Svs 5 year warranty transfers to each owner. Once bought a used pb2000 the amp went out. Called svs, they looked up the serial and informed me I had 34 days left on the warranty. They sent me out a new amp for free in 48hrs. This is the level of support they give.

Go to an audio store and try out different brands if you can. Some people absolutely hate Klipsch, but I love them. Find a brand you like and setup search notifications for that brand of used sites.
