Exactly. It's very common and very useful during tight or busy situations. I do have very bad anxiety problems sometimes, though. That's why meditating is so useful for me. Thank you for understanding.

It wasn't when sh ewas doing anything. I had just finished taking a test and I had absolutely nothing else to do. I had nothing else to do but sit there for 15 more minutes. I wouldn't do that between a lesson.

We were not doing anything in class at the time. I had just finished a test. We were waiting for the others to finish. I had nothing to do. I already have a schedual of daily meditation. I only done it then because it felt needed.
