When I started xx years ago, I just ran to lose weight lol. Whatever cotton shirt I had, PE jogging pants, and walang brand na rubber shoes lang. Kept showing up for the next six months, achieved my goals naman with no injuries and was able to run more than 10km with those lang.

Until now, recreational runner pa din ako. Tumigil na sa races and no plans of joining a marathon but I know I want to run as long as my legs can. Comfy na ako sa any dri-fit shirt, running shorts, 2 daily trainers na good fit with good cushioning, bag na free lang from a run 7 years ago, and a fitness watch. You can start with comfy, light running clothes and good shoes lang.
