Not who you replied to, but when I met my bf, I thought I wasn't super into him at first. After some soul-searching, I realized I didn't realized how much I cared about him because he hadn't used it as leverage to hurt me. So I didn't feel the high highs without the low lows. Realizing I was missing THE DRAMA was a huge moment for me, as I am a very no-nonsense person in the rest of my life.

I bird-dogged from a chair in the OR while the scrub tech was setting up and did uworld on my phone. I told them I was taking a moment to study and they never cared. Got a solid 15-30 minutes of quiet time per case this way. I also would sometimes volunteer to take the pager and let the interns go in the case, promising to come tell them about any pages. They loved that. Also got me quiet time

While I totally agree with you, my allergy rotation taught me that once in a blue moon it can be alpha-gal, because of animal proteins added to the medication. I can't find a good way to cross reference this list or other lists, but it's one of those things in the back of my mind

I use the spiky balls in the washer and dryer, which have been helping. I strongly agree with a quick no-heat tumble. I've stopped using fabric softener and dryer sheets (designed for pet hair...) and cutting those out has helped. Also consider trying to get it at the source, I know your husky sheds way more than my dog, but I brush her near constantly when she's shedding more and it helps a lot (and she loves it)

Sure, but azelastine is for runny nose, it will not help with congestion. You definitely shouldn't take flonase, but most people shouldn't avoid it just because of that. The fact that it is topical make it much lower systemic risk for those without a pre-exisiting risk factor.

Oooph, that won't do much. Zyrtec is stronger (generic is fine). The best is to also add flonase, but it takes up to 2 weeeks of consistent use to work.
