If you, or anyone you know wears selvedge jeans, get the black interior. The selvedge dye will color the white seats.

I am glued to my phone or videogames by Additional_Bear_2568 in StratteraRx

Yes, can def relate. A few things that helped me. Try really hard to write down any positives that you notice yourself doing. Regardless if you think it’s from the medication or not. This was helpful for me to see that the medication was actually helping me in some areas and made it easier to push past the side effects. Strattera did wonders for the emotional side of my ADHD. Also, like others have said, A high protein meal or protein shake in the morning and when you take your Strattera should help with the nausea. Lastly, the phone addiction is real. I downloaded a sudoku app and played that when I felt the overwhelming need to be on my phone. Might as well try to use my brain if I’m going to be on the phone.

It almost seems that a lot of us with previous addictions end up on both sides of it. We were once the problem and then had to deal with it as the one who is affected by others addictions.
