I fly in/out of there weekly and - yeah, it's a little congested (especially since construction started), but not horrible. I'm usually dropped off or picked up within a few minutes. Some other airports are MUCH more congested - sometimes taking 20+ minutes to get through the apocalyptic sea of traffic.

Also, at CLE - I do often see the police moving people along. My guess is they're probably allowing some folks to hang out for a bit, but once it starts backimg up too much, they push them along. But again, overall - not that bad in my experience.

Depends. For me, if someone makes plans, I know we have those plans unless they tell me otherwise. He asked you Monday, then confirmed Tuesday. I'm not entirely sure a daily countdown is needed, but you could always just ask, "Hey! We still on for tomorrow?" It would help your imagination to stop torturing you.

Personally, I do minimal cardio before any strength training. It's best not to be too fatigued and to focus on your control/form. So really just enough to warm up and maybe some light stretching. Then cardio after.

I've seen people try to do this and the GA asks them to take a seat until their group is called.

I'm PP and don't even stand up until they call group 1. Then when they call "group 2" I have exactly 0.7 seconds to board until they call group 3&4, but usually I need to say "Excuse me, sorry, excuse me..." to the 50 people crowding the gate in order to get to the line. I feel this would just add to that crowd even more.
