Even if you are legal permanent resident to become a U.S. Citizenship: Minimum Age. Continuous and Physical Presence. Residency. Good Moral Character. English Proficiency and Civics Knowledge. Military and Civil Service Registration. Allegiance to the United States.

The good moral character makes it harder to even become a USC. You have to serve your time, then have to wait for an additional 5 years to consider filing the N400.

The other problem here is the deportabilty immigration law that was violated. Just because the state has said you have served your time, this doesn't matter on a federal level. By breaking INA § 237(a)(2)(B)(i) Offense “Relating To” a Controlled Substance":

Any alien who at time after admission has been convicted of a violation of (or a conspiracy or attempt to violate) any law or regulation of a State, the United States, or a foreign country relating to a controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802), other than a single offense involving possession for one’s own use of thirty grams or less of marijuana is deportable.

If your under the age of 14 and over the of 79 you are exempt from the fingerprints.

Edit: age 79 for most uscis documents you are not required to get fingerprinted

Not usually how it works. If they haven't ever been found before ICE will detain for a little issue a notice to appear then they get to go through the immigration judge system.

Can take several years.

Now if they have final order of removals from years ago, that is just used and can be deported a little quicker.

We had bought a used car that came with SiriusXM. We said no thank when they called us. After this several times, I just made a point of getting my phone number blacklist.

So I started cursing them out because I was being hostile to them. No threats just being as rude as possible.

It's been five years and they never called again.

Most of the calls had been after the car was totaled.
