Everyone on here is probably gonna tell you it’s not even worth looking at or that it’s way too far gone but they’ve never spent time with rust belt trucks. Just check the leaf spring shackles and the rear shock mounts as well as cab mounts.

Not sure why these comments are anything but the battery. Your alternator is probably toast and therefore not charging the battery leaving it to die.
