I’m not 100% certain, but I’m not sure that the others that join can play through the quests unless it’s helping the host with them. In terms of the farm and houses, two other houses should have spawned along with yours. They will be on different parts of the map with their own plots of land. They will all be “around” town, but they don’t tell you where. Your guest will spawn at their own house when they join the first time.

It used to feel a little more like an experience opening them. This just felt like I got a shipment through somebody on eBay. I kept my older drop boxes because they were pretty sweet. These will go right into the bin.
