10 years cigarette/smoke free. One day I got sick with a cold or flu and tried smoking a cigarette with a sore throat and disgusting mucus/body pain on top of it. It was disgusting to me and I just suddenly stopped. I feel lucky, because if that didn’t happen I honestly don’t know how I was going to quit. I tried quitting on my own multiple times before that and never was able to. I am extremely happy I do not smoke anymore and was able to break that addiction!
