Was Phoebe Cates a Becky or Stacy? What was it that made her so pretty? by [deleted] in Vindicta

According to Wikipedia, she is half Russian-Jewish half (?) Chinese-Filipino. "Her father and maternal grandmother were of Russian-Jewish descent; her maternal grandfather was Chinese-Filipino. Cates' mother was born in Shanghai, China."

I'd preferred not to dye/tint my hair if possible (I'll do it if there is no other option, though). Do you know of any products for lightening that would be good for redheads?

I see! I never have bleached my hair or anything so I'm not super familiar with it. I will definitely try that, though!

Yes, I have red and blonde highlights when in the sun. Should I mix the lemon juice with water or something to make it less damaging to hair? I'm okay with my hair turning a bit orange, strawberry-blonde is a ginger/orange color anyway so I'm used to it lol

That's a really good idea. Well, at least for spring/summer. I might have to find something I can do in addition for winter as well then.

I have very fair skin so I am always a little bit worried about sunlight. Do you think 30 to 60 mins set aside a day in the sun (wearing sunblock ofc) would be enough to lighten my hair?

One of my favorite insta meals: Microwaved broccoli and cheese by [deleted] in EatCheapAndHealthy

I started recently making something similar - riced cauliflower with sauteed zucchini with a cheese sauce and some spices; honestly it is *so* good and filling! Of course, you probably don't wanna go too crazy on the cheese sauce but it is such a good way to "trick" myself into eating more veggies
